# Payment Policy

VietGo guide matching and traveler request flows may require a matching service fee, deposit, or payment step before a service is considered confirmed.

For traveler request marketplace orders, accepting a guide can create a matching order. Payment becomes available after guide selection is finalized or applications are closed, so the amount is confirmed.

## Contact Visibility

Accepted guides cannot see the traveler's contact details before the required payment step is completed. After payment succeeds, the order status updates and accepted guides can view the relevant contact details.

## Payment Statuses

Common matching order payment statuses include:

- Awaiting payment
- Paid
- Failed
- Refunded
