I had Emi as my tour guide on April 12. The weather/ heat was almost unbearable and traffic was as bad as it gets being a weekend, and Emi still went above and beyond taking me around old quarter, showing me different cafes/ resturants and other interesting places. The whole time it felt like I was hanging out with a friend as she was very kind, easy going and has flexible planning.

Emi was not feeling well to start with so I am very grateful that she was able to create a fun and unforgettable experience for me, and I would definitely have her as my guide again if I have the chance.

So I highly recommend her as a tour guide if you are looking for a easy going and fun experience in Hanoi.
