Hello! My name is Phoebe. I am currently a third-year Tourism student with a strong passion for traveling, culture, and meeting new people. I am friendly, enthusiastic, and always willing to learn. I love sharing interesting stories, local traditions, and unique cultural values with visitors. My goal is to create enjoyable experiences and help travelers understand more about Vietnam’s beauty.
專業介紹
I am studying Tourism and Travel Services Management, and I have gained solid knowledge in tour guiding skills, itinerary planning, customer service, and communication. Although I am still a student, I am confident in my ability to assist tourists, support tours, and provide accurate information. I can communicate well in English, i also know a little Chinese and I am able to work with both individuals and groups. I always focus on professionalism, safety, and creating a comfortable experience for visitors.
