Casual wear or Vietnamese traditional Ao Dai (additional fee required)

Guide Review (Within 12 Hours)
Guide Review Process
Guides will receive notifications within 12 hours and check their work schedule. Guides will decide whether to accept the booking based on the following factors:
Check Schedule
Confirm if booking time conflicts with existing schedule
Review Work Schedule
Check if there are other bookings on the same day
Accept Booking
Time is suitable, guide confirms acceptance of your booking
Reject Booking
Schedule conflict or other reasons prevent acceptance
Pay Deposit to Complete Booking
Guide Accepted Booking
When the guide accepts your booking, you will receive an immediate notification. You then need to pay a deposit to confirm the booking.
Deposit Details
The platform consultation fee is a matchmaking service fee collected by VietGo. The guide fee is paid directly to the guide on-site.
Secure Payment
Multiple payment methods supported, transactions are secure and protected
Guide Rejected Booking
If the guide cannot accept the booking, we will suggest you choose another date or select a different guide.
