This platform provides a matching service for guide services. We do not directly provide guide services, but rather assist clients in connecting with professional guides. Actual guide services are provided by registered guides.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services at any time without prior notice. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of significant changes.
Identity Verification and Personal Information Protection
🔐 Dual Identity Verification Mechanism
To ensure platform security and protect the interests of both parties, all users (including tourists and guides) must complete the following verification:
Email Verification
- • Send verification link to your email upon registration
- • Click link to complete email identity confirmation
- • Ensure contact information is authentic and valid
- • Can resend verification email at any time
Phone Number Verification
- • Send 6-digit verification code to your phone
- • Enter verification code to complete phone verification
- • Ensure emergency contact channels are accessible
- • Number changes require re-verification

🚨 Dispute Resolution and Legal Protection
When service disputes occur, we will handle them according to the following principles:

- • Evidence Preservation: Preserve all communication records and transaction data within the platform

Important Reminder: Users who have not completed identity verification will not be able to use booking functions, and may not receive complete legal protection in case of disputes.

❌ What You Should Not Do
- • Provide false or inaccurate information
- • Maliciously cancel or no-show
- • Harass or threaten other users
- • Engage in illegal or harmful activities
- • Attempt to hack or damage the system
- • Abuse platform functions
- • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- • Request, imply, or engage in any inappropriate physical contact (such as hand-holding, hugging, or intimate contact) or intimate companionship; guides on this website do not provide such services, and any behavior that may cause harassment, sexual harassment, or discomfort is strictly prohibited
On-site Safety and Termination of Service
To protect guides' personal safety and dignity, the following applies if prohibited or inappropriate conduct occurs during service:
- • If the client engages in inappropriate physical contact, requests intimate companionship, harassment, sexual harassment, threats, insults, or any conduct that makes the guide unsafe, the guide may immediately stop the service and leave. The guide is not required to continue or complete the booking.
- • Such conduct constitutes a serious breach by the client. The booking is treated as terminated on the client's side. Fees and refunds will be handled according to the cancellation/refund policy and the circumstances of each case.
- • The platform may take necessary measures (such as records, account restrictions, or termination) and may assist with disputes or cooperate with authorities as permitted by law.
Payment and Refund

- • All transactions are protected by SSL encryption
- • Immediate confirmation upon successful payment
🔄 Refund Policy
- • 7+ days: Deposit deducted, full service fee refunded
- • 3-6 days: 30% service fee deducted
- • Within 48 hours: Non-refundable

Platform Liability Limitations

Liability Limitation Scope

- • Not responsible for disputes between guides and clients
- • Not responsible for third-party services or products
- • Not responsible for losses caused by force majeure
- • Not responsible for indirect losses or special damages
🔍 Guide Verification
We conduct basic verification of guides, including identity confirmation and professional qualification review, but cannot guarantee guide service quality. Please carefully review guide profiles and reviews before booking.
Intellectual Property
🏢 Platform Content
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, designs, software, etc., is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to VietGo or its authorized parties.
👤 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload such as photos and reviews, but grant us the right to use, display, and modify it within the platform.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
- • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of platform content
- • Use of our trademarks or brand elements
- • Reverse engineering or cracking platform software
Privacy Protection
We value your privacy and will collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
